Greetings. I will tread carefully as this is my first post on MFK and because this is an interesting thread.
It does look like a psueda but the body shape is confusing many because it looks like it could be a 'snub nose.' I have not spawned L114s personally but L600s are very similar (but distinct) to L114s throughout their development. The most common patterns are 'spots and blotches', followed by 'worm lines', and then very rarely 'stripes'. In the thousands of fry I have seen, there has only been one with white instead of orange and a few with patterns resembling stripes. I have dug thru my archive of photos to find 2 fry that start to come close to yours. I have never seen one with stripes going thru the body and dorsal fin.

Others have mentioned hybrids have been introduced into the hobby in the past several years. I keep track of them for reference.
So based on the two photos you have provided;
It appears to be a pseudacanthicus.
It is possibly a pure L114 but more likely a cross (a photo of your other one would help).
It appears to be a snub nose (not a genetic defect).
It is very cool.
I must give you one word of caution. The more a pseuda fry deviates from the 'normal' appearance the weaker it is. Even with special care I have been unable to raise any of these unique patterns beyond 3". Both of the fry in my photos did not survive. The normal colored fry in the photo is a snub nose for reference.
Good Luck and share more pictures!
Jim
