L190 or L191?

I was going to give this guy away to my buddy but when i was putting in the bag i change my mind. I had it since about 2" its about 4ish now. Just looking it at and i realized this thing is nice looking. It might not be L27's but heck, its still a nice looking fish! I decided to put it in my bigger tank with LOTS of wood.

The belly pattern are all lines.
 
At this size a 190 will no longer have the spotted belly. Just going by the eyes and assuming 190 without asking about the belly pattern is giving a premature ID. That's why I asked the OP

Well of the dozen or so I've owned some had spotted belly patterns even after the window in the tail has closed up. This fish is still about 1.5" away from that atleast, so I disagree with that completely.
