That's what I was thinking but he said the fish most likely came from Colombia. I can't stop coming back to this thread.

Let see my another 191, no line too. Her tail is less yellow color & size is same as prior one. They are living in the same tank.

Thought you would find it interesting that the Shampupa pleco was looked at by some Dutch researchers last year. They concluded it to be its own species, and to temporarily designate it as the L418 until they can classify it. Anyways, looks like you have at least one. I can't really tell on the second one. I picked one up in November 2008 and researched to death trying to figure out what the heck these plecos were. Interesting though that some have patterns and some don't. Who knows if they will be further broken down into different species.
