Hi I was wondering if I could fit a green phantom in my tank .my tank is 4ft=60 gallon would I'd be able to fit one. I will be having in it a green terror , firemouth and maybe a blood parrot and pictus thanks in-advanced

It should work. Make sure you have some hiding places and feed it a slightly meaty diet and you should have a happy pleco.

How wide is the tank? The biggest l200 I've seen was about 8" so you'd want at least a 12" wide tank. If it's 12" or wider you could definitely keep him for life. Just make sure you stay on your water changes and have a good filter because all plecos make a big mess and my old massive l128 (closely related to l200) was one of the messiest plecos I've ever had.

The tank is 15 inches wide. We haven't set the tank up and don't know how good it is but if is not doing good I'm prepared to get a new filter

They would do fine with cichlids that arent that aggressive. I had a green terror with my old one and they did fine.
