L200 tank size

That tank would be suitable in size for a long time, maybe a bit cramped for life, but usable. I'd think you'd be VERY overstocked with that many largeish fish though, so maintenance would need to be frequent and annoying.

Also, I'd make sure the tank has been running for several (minimum 4) months before adding a more sensitive pleco and you're managing to keep the nitrates down. The "fancy" plecos tend to be more sensitive to parameter swings seen more frequently in newer tanks. There's more going on as a tank ages than the benificial bacteria establishing itself.
I feed high quality pellets, wafers, raw shrimp, blood worms, brine shrimp, zucchini, sweet potatos, bits of fruit, kale, seaweed strips, etc. to my plecs.
