If they were $15 a pop you think they would still be sitting in the tanks at the store? I'm with vanillarum if you can get them for that by them and flip them for a fast profit...... I think you'll find out there bot L-400's.....Depends on you are at too, I bought mine from a well known guy in MI at FantasticFins and they was sorta on the cheap side but they are 100% L-400's.... I just want to get some from a different line...
