If you dont want them DO NOT POST!!

5 for $1200.
nothing wrong with that price.

The guy on aquabid is selling wild adults, or claimed wilds, so the price is very high.

I pay about $300-350 each for my wilds in the US.
juvies about 2 inch, i paid $125-300.

I'd love to know where they are being sold for $75 each.

they are a pricey fish.
And they are going to be more so.

They are going to dam the Xingu river for electricity, meaning they will all die.
Also there is gold there, which mining is bad for water.
And of course cutting down the forests ruins the whole ecosystem.

get them now while you can.
if i was in florida i'd pick them up, but i don't buy zebras thru shipping.

No Offense to anyone and sorry to derail Matt, but how is anyone being ripped off if they know the price before buying. Everyone is capable of doing some research on this species. If you want him to be competitive, put up some of your Adult L46 for sale.

As of right now he is one of the only people selling them. It seems to me he can ask what he wants for them until another seller comes along.

thanks for the kind words.

I might have to change it and only have 4 for sale, so the price will probably be 900$ for 4. But thats not for sure yet

like i said, nothing wrong with the price, if i was in florida i would have picked them up.
I have been fortunate to get my colonies withing driving distance.

It is an open forum however, so people will post, positive and negative.
Many forums don't even let people reply in the for sale forum, only the seller.
Though i have no problem with people warning if prices are too high, but it usually ends up ugly.
But really with Zebra plecos, there are many buyers willing to pay above market price for them.
They are in such demand you can pretty much ask top dollar for them.
I have had people offer me huge money for my L046 groups.
no way.
I'd sell my Zaire frontosa first.

I don't like to refer people to other forums, irritates me, but you could put them up for sale at a certain 2 forums that deal with that fish, and people will understand the price.
