Anyways, have you tried dropping in pellets or wafers after lights out? Are you sure he hasn't eaten at all?
I'm not 100% sure but I haven't seen it yet, I really observe at feeding time. I dropped in a few pellets the other night but with having the polypterus and flagtail in there also there is no telling who ate it.
Now that I think about it I have to reposition my driftwood so I don't have it stacked on top of one another, he stays off the substrate inbetween 2 pieces of it. I'd rather him be on the substrate so he has a better chance of getting to the food.

Have you offered some defrosted blood worms? My finicky plecos would always get excited over this.
Thanks for the tip. I'll probably try it here in a little bit, I have 20 ounces in the freezer that I have to use up anyway;)
I put 2 more L600's on hold for me so hopefully I'll have a nice breeding adventure in store for me.

Whoa 3x L600? I wish I could get another pleco, but my L48 and L14 are so territorial. Aren't you afraid of fighting?

I am but that is a big reason why I'm getting rid of alot of my stock. I figure I'll put my big piece of driftwood I have back in and add alot of big stones. As soon as the living arrangements allow I'll be either getting a 300 gallon from www.greatlakesaquariums.com or a 500 gallon from www.glasscages.com Should allow for plenty of space for these guys. I'd love to get more if I could.

Thanks!
The tank is a 72"x18" 120 gallon and the NGT is roughly 5", maybe a little bigger.

I ended up taking the hold I had on the other 2 L600's off and bought another 5" NGT. I'll see if I can get 2 of them to live somewhat peacefully together, as for now the NGT is still at the LFS with ich and a puffy/cloudy right eye.
