Can anyone tell me if this Leppard cactus pleco is male or female it is 15cm

I'd guess a male based on the wide head and odontodes but I'm just an addict, I mean hobbyist, so just a guess..

I have one that's a bit of chonk with less prominent (with my bad eyes) odontodes, so I'm guessing may be a female since they supposedly have wider abdomens than males...
