L95

I haven't een any of these for sale recently. Just so you know L095 under 9" is actually a L152. The L95 is the adult for of L152, both are Pseudorinelepis genibarbis. Check with Miles see if he can dig you up something. Also, try the buy sell boards. GL

Where did you find info on L152 being a juvenile L95? I had L152 20 years ago. Got it at 6", had it for about 5 years and it never grew or changed. I see the similarities but I don't agree they're the same species.

You and me both bro...been trying to get pellegrinni for a LONG time now...that and L-114....:(...both are a pain in the arse to get. When you get some, or i find some, i'll be sure to hook yaz up.

they are the same species of pleco, as far as they are both Pseudorinelepis sp. but i think L095 and L152 come from different rivers, and i've seen them mentioned as different but similar plecos (but could be mistaken) also was Pseudorinelepis genibarbis changed to Pseudorinelecis pellegrini, or was it the other way around?

Both have been listed as Pseudorinelepis genibarbis. pellegrini is the old name. If you type Pseudorinelepis genibarbis into fishbase, it takes you straight to genibarbis. It is also listed this way in my Aqualog All the L numbers book. Aqualog actually states that the L095 is the adult form of L152

I really do appreciate the info but I still say it's incorrect. Scientific papers are one thing, hands on experience with the actual species is another. Simple question- has anyone kept L152 for an extended period of time, if so please respond.

Take care,
Tom
