Lacerta ID?

I picked this up as black lacerta, I’m assuming it’s a melanistic jeweled lacerta but the guy at the shop thought Italian lacerta aka Italian wall lizards. I did some research and it seems there’s only a few known cases of melanistic Italian lacerta.
Here’s some pics, I see some markings from both Italians and jeweled. What do you guys think ?

Definitely Melanistic, the eyes are a dead giveaway.
Not sure on species.

Thanks, I know it’s melanistic though, I just have no idea what type of lacerta it is. I’m kind of assuming it’s a jeweled but hopefully I can get a confirmation

It’s been eating like a pig since I’ve had it. Crickets, meal worms and some apple so far
