I mean yea, he threw Shaq underneath the bus, got away with the alleged rapie case, cocky ass attitude when he started in the NBA, reason the Kobe & Shaq dynasty split...
However, regardless of what's noted above. You can't deny that the dude has skills. As much as a Lakers fan I am I can appreciate talent. As much as I wanted my Lakers to win last year, I give mad props to Boston for winning because they deserved it. They played with hunger & passion.
As much as I would love to see Lakers take the championship this year, I would not mind seeing King James take it home. Why, because the CAvs deserve it. The way they are playing is what a championship team should be playing at. The Lakers could win games as they did the other night 40+ points as they should, but with the inconsistency it does not show the hunger and determination that a championship team should have.
I have no doubt it will end tonight for Houston. If they push it to game 7 Kai will give away a free fish.....LOL

Very well said. That's exactly what Magic Johnson said. They are inconsistent and they play their games just for the sake of playing it and not for the championship. Did Johnson say disgrace? I could be wrong on that one.
The most deserving team should win it and at the moment, that looks like the Cavs. You can be an experienced and the most talent laden team (Lakers) but that doesn't mean the championship will be yours for the taking. It's who wants it the most and works for it harder that gets it.
Kobe? In my opinion, he is currently the best player in the NBA right now. Lebron comes a close second. Kobe is not a leader though. He is the franchise. That and he can really be arrogant at times.

The rotation decision by Phil has not been the best. I love Fish but put Jordan on Brooks. Give more minutes to Brown, advise Walton to stop shooting and just focus on offensive rebounds & assists. Everything about last nights game just SUCKED. Right from the first few seconds of the game. Houston came out the gate w/energy. Lakers were all flat footed. Missing open looks, airballs, short...you name it they did it. There was no sense of wanting to move to the next round.
If Houston ends up beating the Lakers and advances watch Denver sweep them. If the Lakers win they will have a hard time w/Denver based on how they are playing. The inconsistency is not going to win them a championship.
