Lamprologus Ocellatus breeding?

I wouldn't be so sure that 5 gave you male and female mix unless some how knew for sure. I got 10 meeli and it's the same with them almost impossible to tell the difference. I am starting to think I have 1 female and 9 males. I have had 4 spawns and all 4 times the babies end up in the same area with the same fish trying to look after them. This last time I was ready....ish and got about 3/4 of the spawn out to a 10 gallon.

I asked them for 3 or 4 females and 1 or 2 males and they said they can't guarantee the sex of them, but they'll try their best. If what Milingu said is correct then I have atleast 2 females, maybe 3.
