Good cats to go with Pbass are Juruense/Tigrinus/Lima/Lince Catfish/Oxydoras Niger/Megalodoras Irwini would be good choices. They all should stay under 3ft as well. If you get the more aggressive catfish species that get over 1ft and are "readily available" they will end up killing and or eating your pbass most likely like marbled achara/brachyplatystoma filamentosum/jau/RTC/TSN. I bet it was something else in the tank that killed the Juruense and not a Pbass, almost definately infact. Personally I've kept TSN/Planiceps/Tigs/Juruense/Limas/Marble Achara/Piraiba/Iwinin with my pbass with no problems ~Trent

An Oxydoras Niger or Megalodoras Irwini would look really cool with Cichla. I have a TSNxRTC hybrid and RTC with mine, but they can get over the 3' mark

What size tank are they all going into?

haha they might be quick enough but that is a bad idea at any rate. these are going into a 125 for the time being. i plan on selling all of my other tanks after they grow out into the 125 and upgrading sometime next year.

with anything other than the tig or jur, that could be a problem
