I have a 26" Silver Arowana, with 2 6" STs (Siamese Tigers, yes real ones) with a couple of Plecos (18" and 10"). Recently I been noticing my Arow going down to the bottom of the tank or where ever the ST's are and, it may sound weird, but "talking" to them. Nodding his head up and down and moving his "lips".

I know it sounds really weird but I wish I could get it on camera when he does it.

My ST's have the standard Alpha of the group (Of two) which is what I want to help to break up. Which kind of tank mate would help ease the tank but not tear my fish up? I had a larger IT in the tank before I put the other two STs in and he just attacked them relentlessly so I got rid of him. Now one is chasing the other around the tank when he/she comes out in the open.

Anyway I've noticed my Arow going down to the bottom to the smaller Pleco and slamming the crap out of him. His top fin is all messed up. I figured that's natural.

Any tank mates to go with the Arow and the STs?

The tank is 5x2x2

Do u have better shots of ur ST? The one closer looks like a 3 bar IT with a ST tail. The center bar doesn't seem thick and slated enough. Maybe It's just the angle.

Its best to put fast shiny silver fish in there, it helps distracts them from always going at each other.

What about Silver Dollars? Any other suggestions on fast shiny fish? Also if it can be aesthetically pleasing that is always a plus :)

Here's a couple more pictures.

Tinfoil barbs would be a good bet
I've had Tinfoil Barbs before. They just don't do it for me. Yet it's still a suggestion none the less.

Can try EBR or EBH. They are normally used to tank aros.

Try adding 3 more IT's to spread the aggression. Also, I'm kinda worried about the size of your Aro and your ST's.

No matter how comm tank friend Asian Aro's are it's still better to go by the rule that if it fits in the mouth then it might become food.
