  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It wouldn't of been my first idea, but now I'm tempted to try.

yea if you take your time an do it right can come out reallll nice an u get get creatvie connection different shapes an sizes... u can get the same gravel as your tank or different... big littler whatever.. if u cover an peice of pvc an take your time itll look like a real rock cave. the lady at the fish store by me told me i should make an sell them but i said it seems to simple to sell didnt think they would sell.

Good to know. I knew there had to be something better than aquarium safe silicone. Thanks for the tip.

Yepp, you just have to wait at least 48 hours before adding to your tank though.

I use this PL stuff for almost everything. haha. I have sealed plugs in tanks, use this in my pond.. Just sealed the top of a 10 gallon for some crickets. Fixed an Aqua Clear with it....

They could sell to the newbie fish keepers who wouldn't even know what silicone to use, or the old ones who uncapable of making them, or even the lazy guy who doesn't want to take the time to make one..

For what the other user was going, PL would work much better than silicone.

Silicone is harder to stick to PVC than the PL. I know, because I use PL for something almost every week. I am also sure that more people who are looking to do this may want to use sand type substrate, and not gravel, so PL again would be much better.

Not to boast... My fiance just made this in 5 minutes. I had some PL already opened.. so why not.

Not loaded in order. UGh.

If it comes off, it's coming off in your tank, and that can't be good.

Are you thinking of textured spray paint?
