Large fish cave?

Slate is a good idea and looks pretty easy to put together.. I just don't prefer it, because it's so flat and I also like to rearrange my caves... all the time..
A method I like is to use a long chunk of slate, and set one end on driftwood in the tank, and let the other just sit on your substrate. If fish need it bigger, they will dig it out.
im allways worried the fish will get spooked and knock it over or on to themselves resulting in injury or death. so i glue it!
IIts not really possible to knock it over if half of its on the bottom and the top is on a solid piece of wood
My catiish love to hide too, I gave him a large piece of driftwood for a cave. And strangely enough, he knows exactly what to do with it.
