Large fish for a 55g?

I was wondering. I have a 55g. I know it's not as big as most of you guys aquariums. But for now it'll do. It's been cycled and running(no fish currently in there). No ornaments nothing in the tank yet untill I know what I wanna put in there.

Question is what could I put in there? I like the look of those catfish you catch on the rivers. Bullheads? I also like lungfish, some eels. gars. rays, etc. I also like puffers.

But. What would you guys recomend I could put in there in a specimen only tank? The filtration is 2x eheims pro series, a large emperor power filter with biowheel. And some water moment pumps.

I'd like to have something quite big. I like the walking catfish. I saw this vid. and I liked it.

a 55g cant house a lungfish, gars, rays, and many cats. eventually they will get too big. a lot of peeps like to house a green terror or jack dempsey by itself. or convicts.

I'm talking about picking ONE and sticking only ONE fish/inhabitant ina 55g in total.

I'd like a scaleless cat that has long whiskers... Or a long bodied fish. Or a predator.

Long bodied fish and 55g do not really match...

Any more suggestions? I'm sure there's alot other fish out there that can go in a 55g.

Check out pimelodus ornatum cool catfish that will do well in a 55g.
