Large mouth bass -am I stupid or ?

There was a guy who try to do this in MN and got the record for the Large mouth caught in a fishing tournament. Then they found out that the bass he caught was a florida LMB which grow a lot bigger. Don't know what happen to him though, if there was any punishment or not.

1932 - George Perry - from Georgia caught the world record largemouth at 22 lbs and 4 oz. -- IF a fellow was to try and grow their own record then I'm almost positive that they'd be caught and the record wouldn't be allowed
