Looks good DMD, wish I had more tank space for a BB Oscar. People keep rehoming large Oscars and I keep taking them! Lol.
 
Thanks Tex, My little guy is on a light sand and it shows it lighter stripes quite often. Its pattern looks like Jaws7777 Oscar. So you can tell they are both from Rapp's and likely from same parents since the pattern is so similar.
 
Awesome!, I may switch out my substrate in another tank and see if they start showing some lighter colors better. My "zebras" seem to have much lighter stripes than my tigers but they still have that intense red.
