I know this is slightly irrelevant but I just wanted to thank you for this tip. I just called a local bait shop and you just saved me loads of cash. He gave me the exact price you posted, $15 per pound. I told him to get me 2 pounds in on Friday. Now to setup another feeder tank, I doubt my 29g I currently use for feeders will work for 600+ minnows.

So for all you others, don't be scared to call your local bait stores. You might be able to save some cash. Depending exactly how many come in my 2lbs I am figured my cost will be about 1/2 what I pay now.:headbang2
Good deal, One tip i can give you is be ready to do something to combat the bio load you will be intriducing. 2lbs of feeders will be hard to keep alive and well. Because of the ammonia build up.

I'm looking for a wholesaler. I'm tired of going to a petshop every couple days just to get feeders. I have an extra 60 gal and thinking of making that into a variety kinds of feeder in tank. Does anybody know a wholesaler that sells these?

Thanks
