which species of FW snail is it that grows to the size of a baseball?

I had one of these for about 2 years in a goldfish tank i had, and was interested in getting another one or two if possible.

I havent seen one in a LFS in ages however, anyone point me in a direction to get them?

they will not be easy to find as they are banned from interstate transport. Pomacea canaliculata and haustrum both get to about baseball sized and are more likely to be found then most others.

Anywhere in south east PA have those that you know of?

She's got her own stash. nice. You have any pics of the goods, or any other monsters? You dont see many big snails nowadays. Well, I dont, at least.

I can take some but don't have any handy. Will do that later if I don't have a senior moment.

Down here in Florida apple snails are numerous. While illegal to ship out of state, I can head down to the local park at night and pick up around 2 dozen baseball sized snails. I've kept them in aquariums, but they devour any kind of vegitation. They aren't your smaller sized mystery snails.
