No, they are tropical, I believe, but are doing well in the cold water.

Somewhere between 10 and 12".

One day soon. He will be getting a new tank this summer, and hopefully some sunfish friends.

Nice fish...I had one that would eat everything, until my Mozambique Tilapia decided he didn't like him anymore.

I have found that LMB don't do well in tropical tanks, at least mine didn't. It didn't appreciate the warm temp.
