i ave a 125g tank, im putting my 14" largemouth bass in it i also have a 2" and a 3" largemouth bass and a 3" bullhead. when they get bigger could i put the bullhead or one of the other bass in with him? he is a very tame fish, wasnt wild caught and non agressive he bit me once over a year ago when i cleaned his tank for the 1st time but now he . my 3" bass seems very aggressive, picking on the 2" and the darters it is with but is afraid of the bullhead so he definatly wouldent be going in with him. the tank will have plent of oxgen with 2 110g hang on the back filters.

im bored so ill describe my bass a bit.
he is 14" long ive had him over a year now and got him hen he was 10" and named him Fred. hes a very picky eater and will only eat freeze dried mealworms, minnows, and sometimes dead cricket(never living ones) he gets excited to see people when he is hungry and will jump out at you if you are taking to long to drop the food in the tank but will never jump out to try and grab something when you want him to. hes also pretty tame and will let you pet him. when he gets board he smacks his tank ornaments around and he gets spooked randomly and quite often, when he does he splashes water a few feet out of the tank even though there is a lid(not a good thing when your bed is near the tank and he usually gets spooked during the night)

the fighting among the bass will not stop. I'd consider getting either a 240g within the next year or giving the big bass away, cuz a 125g just will not cut it for a big active fish like that

two many big fish in a small tank I would consider getting ride of the large bass and putting in the little guys they'll grow fast and might just get along being brought up together, but you'll have to get a bigger tank...

i've had several Largemouth bass before. Once the bullhead is close to the same size won't be a problem. but untill then anything smaller is food.

I had several largemouths in a tank much smaller than that. They bickered but never did much damage to each other. I had caught them all on the same day and put them together the same day, however. I once had an established largemouth about 8'' long or so in my 120g tank with some small bullheads. He was the boss. I caught another one about 6'' and thought there would be plenty of room. The next day the new bass turned up dead. Aggression varies among them but overall I would say mildly aggressive.

try feeding the big guy a live frog every now and then... bass love frogs!

btw, my son caught a 23 in bucketmouth while we were fishing about three weekends ago... now that was a monster!!! was an awesome fish!!

That is probably because your bass are so young (I hope so if they are in a 10g) that they still feel the instict to stick with other young bass for protection. As they age that may change. BTW...I forsee some problems and dead fish in your tank's future.
