Largest Monster in my tank ever! 27 Inch Tigrinus

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Great looking Tig but I feel bad for it. A fish of that size deserves a much much bigger tank. It has so little swimming space and can barely turn around in that tank at it's current size. It is highly doubtful that it will grow much larger in that tank. Even if the water quality is great which I'm sure it is based on the health of your other fish, I still feel like it deserves a far larger tank to be happy.

I'm late to this post, but WOW! I love the size & pattern on that guy. Thought mine was big @ 18", but he's dwarfed by that beast.

totally agree...you can tell that OP takes great care of his fish but this guy needs a bigger footprint than a 6 x 2.5

That pattern is sick. I wonder if that pattern was like that when it was young or does the pattern go nuts like that when it matures.?
