my lfs has a 17 inch lemon oscar and a 15 inch high red tiger oscar in a display tank. sorry they don't allow pix of their fish...

This asks for a secret camera special oscar forces task!
Go for it, don't use a flash though.

owning a pet store, having big display fish in it and NOT allowing people to take pictures of them is the STUPIDEST thing Ive ever heard of. If that happened near me, Id go 007 on them, take pics anyways and then build a whole website dedicated to their fish and email them the link.

I cant believe there are still people scared of the internet.

I'd say mine are around twelve feet long guaged by my built in yard stick as a measuring device.

Probably more like a foot if a ruler were used!
