Largest Reticulated (Pom Pom) Knife You've Seen?

Do you guys have a suggestion on the size of the mature tank? I have a 75 I was going to transfer to, but I didn't know if I needed to go any bigger with these guys.
 
I have had mine for quite a few years now and it resides in my 180.You should have plenty of time before space becomes an issue in the 75.
 
Cool stuff. I'll know what to invest in down the line. Seems like it might take a while to get to that stage.

I'm not too familiar with the bichirs but I suppose a species that is known to not grow too large should be okay.
 
I think they get around the same size. Usually between 16-20 inches long, sometimes skinny/sometimes fat. The one I am looking at getting would be the same length as the pom pom is now.
