i cut up a net and rapped it around the intake. do you think river rocks will work or should i get some sand from the creek?

Small river rocks should be ok. I collected sand and rocks from a creek for mine.

LOL i guess he is a reel eel he just looks more like a peice of tape to me. he must be eating his stomach is a little bigger than normal every morning.
