Semi-rare... its all depend from person to person... example a M.tigrinus might be semi-rare to some people while its just another fish for other.
my semi-rare is a sub $500 fish. and i been offer before. simple as that.. im not downplay its value..
and please dont make assumptions that there is only one japonicus left in the us... unless you work at the customs ...
