I have never kept Mundi, But i'd assume there pretty much the same. Big eater's very docile fish.. Hope you can snag one.

Yours and his are not the same that's why they look different.



Very nice. You need to do something with that last pic he looks tiny. Not a great pic for this fish. He's much bigger then that pic makes him out to be.

Ok let me clarify just a bit..... His is a variant that's called a royal they are said to keep the juvi patterns through there whole life and not go a a solid color. And are said to stay between 2-3feet full grown so they also won't get as big as a common nile.

Yours looks to be a common. that's allready grown out of it's juvi pattern. That's why they are different
