Also saw a couple of payara labelled as Armatus, also 80 bucks, swims almost horizontal.

i got mine at 3 inches for 65 at c328.
where are the "armatus"?

i think you should get the nile perch.
very nice when young and fun fish to keep. :D

Where you seen it?? I go check it out.. But I dun think so. Even for a 3" the cost and air freight I roughly know how much the bottom line they will sell. For $80 it is even cheaper than a red tail payara so how can.. :ROFL:

HOHO, I saw wrongly, it is 6 incher @ SGD188, not SGD80.

I saw the "armatus" at Yishun, I went there again, confirm it is not armatus, cuz' swimming at an angle.

Hi,

It is not armatus. He wrote it there as Armatus on Sunday, just now I went again, saw the label changed to "sabor-toothed".

At Yishun Central, near the famous Laksa-selling place. Looks attractive to me, but confirm not armatus, cuz' the small little top fin near the tail is yellow or white.
