Got bitten by the discus bug recently... Finally finished stocking my "flat fish" tank with 12x wild discus to go with 6x wild Santa Isabel angels. According to the "discus people", it takes several months to up to a year for wild discus to display their full colors, so a lot to look forward to :)

Very nice, if they look as good as your geos they will be amazing.

Thanks :) This is one of my two tanks without Geos. Hard to manage feeding with discus and Geos together.

Black is the way I always go; however, I think the Discus look good with blue, so don't hate it :)

I bought a couple hundred jungle vals and made it wall, and it looked absoutely awful. So I guess I'm stuck with this, lol.

Another nice stock! I like Discus and think that their colors and patterns are wonderful. These should look even better with time and care. Good job!

Remember, a dark background isn't always beneficial with discus. ;)

Those wilds do have potential. If they're already showing the nice orange/golden color, they should look even better when they get comfortable. They'll love your soft water, too. That will go a long way in helping the colors pop.
