Wow, just wow. Petco better eat dogfood on this one and pay up. They were obviously trimming the dog with scissors, and I know those scissors are usually (at a good groomers at least) very sharp. The action is disturbing a bit, but accidents do happen, but what is going to kill them in court is how they dealt with it. I hope the employees involved are fired, and you know there had to be more than one who knew about it.
