Due to some remodeling at home, fish have been getting shuffled around, and sold. I ended up purchasing a beautiful lda07.

I placed him in a 60 with a datnoid 2"and a few roselines. A few days ago I placed my l91 in there. The next morning no fins and missing a chunk off the top. Needles to say he didn't make it. Are the lda07 overly aggressive? This is the first time anything like this happened with plecos on my end. I have a few other plecos I was planning on holding in there, but would be upset if I lost them.

My l600 is small but a nasty lil s.o.b as soon as i added him to the tank he started with the spotted raph and L200 that died down. Just the other day he went after a juvie pearsei for getting to close the the pellets... happens at the 120ish mark

Wow. No fear....I see. I guess I'll move the others elsewhere. I think these are pretty awesome and powerful plecos. But it's a shame if I coast house him with others.

I never have problems with agression on my l600, I think the key is to get them enough hidding spots.

I dont think that pic is l91 by the way, but its a beautiful fish

my l600 lives in a 125 with a quite a few other plecos- off the top of my head l114 l14 l400 and some others that escape me- while he does skirmish with the l114 from time to time (similar in looks and szie) like someone else said the more hides the better

I had a really mean L600, when I first place him with my two L114s it went looking for trouble for days my two L114s tag team. He was all shredded up with with blotches from the L114s bite, but this crazy L600 would not surrender and took those *** whopping like a champ until I had to separate them.
