Leave the dead feeder??

I agree. Better to have smaller feeders that they finish off no problem rather than bigger ones that they only take bites out of. I know with mine that they will eat a whole big one and then only be able to eat half of another one, so i went back to smaller feeders.

I agree, it will start to grow bacteria and fungus.

Just feed him less often, thus he will be hungrier and eat the whole thing.

My black p does the same thing. i leave it in the tank and he finishes it the next day. goldfish feeder
