Awesome, I was hoping you used the freshwater version, because that saves me $$$$. I really think two of the 36", or maybe even 2 or the 24" will do the job.

I was looking at the different models and noticed that the 48" model (the one you have) has 900 lumens, while the 36" has 600 lumens and the 24" has 400 lumens. Will this affect the fixtures ability to penetrate to the bottom of my 125g tank ~20" deep, or are the lumens higher simply because there are more lights?
