What model and led brand do you have?
 
No brand they are Korea panels with LG chips 35000 hours 18 watts per light one panel lights up a 100 gal to the max s. I have 3 on my 518 g. At. 110.00 a panel it's cheap If I were to buy Marineland it would cost me 800.00 to light my 500gal I will tank 330 over 800 anydayuploadfromtaptalk1397525946839.jpg

I have the current LEDS- just bought them a month or so ago- lighting my 260 gallon. I would advise for you to go with the 2 36" over the 48". I prefer a lighter tank, and while the light effects are great fun, there are STILL dark spots in my tank with the full coverage. As far as the lights go= they are beautiful, run cool, and stand up to a few beatings/accidental soakings....
 
They do stand up good we had a 5.1 quake here 2 weeks ago I am 1 mile from the epacenter they were floating in water almost on top of my tank that lay flat on my lids they were still on when I came home I unplugged them dried them off and they were fine I thought I was screwed but they were good
