Leeches

If you're not in the city leeches aren't hard to come by...go swimming.

I remember some 10 years ago watching The Amazing Race (relay style though) where a guy was racing and had to fork a river and a leech went down his.....manhole? No way of getting them out. Have to just drink lots of water and wait for it to come out on it's own. Dude was in so much pain. Took 3 days.
