legit dragon scale betta?

i asked my lfs buddy awhile ago to see if he could get me a dragon scale in. this is what he came up with, any betta experts in here can i.d. him? he was labeled dragon scale delta.

thanks guys, ill try to get better pics but everytime i zoom in closer the cam goes blurry :/ he has a heavy metallic blue plating on him

Definitely need a clearer shot. As far as I know, "Dragon Scale" was coined up to mark up prices for any Bettas with Metallic scales. Other thing I've heard is that the scales are bigger, but I don't really see it.
