wow john. u have become a fish professional hahaha. good advice. and did u get that 3 deal from rich too??? i went for one got tricked into 3 hahah

Rich gave you deal? :WHOA: I gotta come back for more, then :D Not a fish professional :grinno: Still learning from others and help others out. You live, you learn :D It's frustrating to see your favorite fish fasting! :irked:

i'm hoping the lei doesn't get too accustomed to live food. sean was feeding him krill and market shrimp before i got him so i hope he gets an appetite for that stuff soon. the little betta is still swimming around with the lei. they might have become friends... we'll see what happens. i just don't want to the lei to starve too much as he is still young and in his growing phase.

Only feed it frozen blood worms, until it gets passed the 7-8" mark. I've lost my share to stomach bloat. Avoid feeding it anything with sharp shells until it gets large enough.

Not every aro will eat live fish :grinno: I picked up three Leis from Rich Sunday, and they ate for me in less than 24 hours, Hikari sticks, frozen dried krills, and even market shrimps chop into small pieces. Leis brought in by Rich has been known eating as pig, so give him sometimes, and he'll eat for you. Just don't get him used to eating live feeders, then you'll be in big trouble to get him off :D Good luck and keep us posted!

I'm supposed to pick up 10 next week. Hope my group buy doesn't flake.

That's the right decision. With baby fish, it's important that they eat. We can train them on something later, when they're fat and healthy
