My LFS has 2 baby Leis and a couple albino silvers. They're asking $359 for the Leis and $699 for the silvers.

Seems high, no?

Yes over priced but that's how it goes for Lei's. When in season you pay what you can find. If at the tail end of availability the price is typically reflective of that. I missed out a couple years waiting for the right price. I eventually folded and paid what I could find. If you are happy and have the budget that's all that matters IMO

It's an albino
I just noticed that and that still seems a little high...Recently I saw a two inch lei in a shop and it was priced at $399.
Why does the albino have black eyes?

NYC?....you should be able to get one for a similar or better price at Monster Aquarium in Flushing.

I'm sure I could but that jardini was really beautiful. I've seen many but never seen one so beautiful for 70$ and was at least 7 inches
