So, how long does it take them to get over 2'? 2.5'?

Well, based on the current growth rate on mine, I'm thinking it's going to be a couple of years before he breaks 2'. He's still growing, but it seems like he's putting on more mass than length.

That's what I've planned for anyway. I'll measure him again at the end of the month and try to see what his growth rate has been sisnce his spurt started.

Hey, is there a more common name fot the Leiarius longibarbus? Im in SoCal,(LA/OC) lookin for one 3to5 inches any ideas??

marbeled pimelodus (pim for short), sailfin achara, achara cat
 
fyi my two are both 15inches long, but as with KSB, have seemed to lay off the growing length wise and now are just getting fat. I picked mine up as marbled sailfin cats...
