Try chiclid gold. The small round floating ones. It might taste different & will eat it. Always put pellet in with nom pellet, best time to pellet train now while young

I will give it a shot, they tried feeding it that infront of me at the shop and it did the same thing. It tried them, but I dont think it is used to the texture yet. Ill try again today, if not I will be doing bloodworms then a bloodworm pellet mix until he takes plain pellets. That's how I train my peacock bass.

Rapps has them around 6" I think if you want to spend $500. I got a 3 1/2" for $160 I think from another vendor.
