I've seen them on Aquabid in the last month but they're not there now. Was like $200 for a 3'' arrow, and they're really delicate at that age.

here pics of my leichardti

my lfs brought 20 of them in sold them for 250 a pop for me it was 200 about 2 inches each but i couldn't buy it and i had a jardini differences between them is on every scale on a lei has a red dot of some sort and jardinis cost about 50-150 dollars less or some what around cause he brought in 3 jardinis last week and sold them for 90 each and they were the same size

why no barbels? (On a side note what type of sand is that)?
the barbels too small,
this is the main different with Jardini.
Leichardti growing barbels when they get older.

im not sure which sands (crystals sands?), bought it from LFS.

Mc. Aro. Do they still have any?

Speaking from my experience the Leichardti can be just as aggressive as a Jardini. I grew both at the same time from 3" to 16" and they both hit everything in the tank w/ them from bichirs larger than them to rays with the same size disc in inches as they were long. This being the reason for re-homing the Jar and eventually coming home from work w/ a crispy Lei on the carpet.
As for the barbels, my Lei had some chubby ones compared to the tiny barbels on the Jar.

I got a 18" jar that can't be housed with anything. Right now it's in a 125g by itself but, in another tank I got a lei growing out and when I sell the jar that will be it's house till it's too big for that then off into the 300.
