I might be in the wrong post but I am new here and I am trying to find myself a lei. Anyone around the wis and chicago area that may have one? or no anybody that has any for sale? and may ship? thanks!

You should post in the market place and also check out the vendors there. They usually have them for sale there. Food luck.
 
i would keep the leichardti in a small tank in the beggining, specially if its only an inch and a 1/2.
then when they grow about 4 inches move it to the bigger tank.
 
leichardti's on pellets isn't to hard but it does depend on the fish its self. i have a lei that i've had since it was 3 or 4" and it is now 18 or 17" in just 1 year. they grow very fast in my experience but having 2 in 1 tank i think will be tough no matter how big the tank is unless its a huge pond or something.

goodluck, leichardtis are awesome but very skiddish fish that love to punk tankmates kinda like a jardini so seeing agression will not be uncommon and more then likely
