I know you want to hear our top 3 fish but I have a bit more then 3 so I will limit my list to the top 3 cichlids and the top 3 Non cichlids , I hope you don't mind 
Top 3 Cichlids on my wish list
1.) Amphilophus Trimaculatus <---- True/ full blooded Trimacs
2.) Herichthys Minckleyi <---- beautiful rare fish not seen often
3.) Caquetaia Umbriferus ( Location X & New variety from UmbeeKing
( I have to Note that there are a few strains of peacock bass that should be on my list like Orino from Rio meta, Spangled occels from snookin21 , Brokopondo Occels, shoot any P bass that has that bright lime green and golds and reds! are Amazing )
I could list a few dozen cichlids actually LOL
Top 3 Non cichlid fish
1.) Brachyplatystoma Rousseauxii
2.) Marbled Motoro ray ( Pair )
3.) Osteoglossum Bicirrhosum
Could also list a few more species of Non cichlids as well So I guess what I should say is
