they are selective breed morphed they grow out to be unattractive and skitish i personaly dont keep o's its a lot of space i could use to do something fun and not just have 2 giant eyeballs swimming around with dull dingy colors .... or weird morphs that end up looking whited out

Dull and dingy colors, you must of had a bad experience with them or something. I think oscars are lots of fun if you have the space. I would keep a large tank of Oscars in a heartbeat if I had the extra room. I have seen alot of gorgeous oscars out there.
This is my O I got rid of a couple months ago cuz i wanted to try some other fish out in my tank and didnt have the room for another one.
