Length of pvc?

How long should each length of pvc be in an overflow for a 180?
Or does the length make that much of a difference?

for length.. it should go all the way from the tank to the sump... and the same goes for the return line.. all the way from the sump to the tank..


however if yer talkin about width.. the word yer looking for is "diameter".. all depends on what sort of turnover yer looking for.. if you dont know.. we can guide you in the right direction if you tell us yer planned stock list..

the return most seem to make a spray bar thats what im doing with my build anyway just need a pump and media then i will get started.

Make it as long as possible. What is important is that you don't redesign it. Keep the parts in relation to each other as in the sticky thread.

It works so long as you suck the air out for now, need the aircheck to keep it working...
