  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That is a great fish.
I bought a 6-7" fish labelled as a lent a couple of weeks ago. I hope it develops the pattern yours has.

They are very variable...I have seen several distinct types. Some have more color than others. This one is a stunner but also very dominant and tough. Luckily she leaves these guys alone.....dont forget the main attaction in this tank is a Mata Mata turtle! The Pike leaves these guys and my 5 assorted SD alone....no torn fins on anyone in the tank!!136345413634551363456

Chefken Chefken You've probably mentioned it before but I missed it... how big are your SDs? My lenticulata is about 9" and my SDs are around 3". They're in separate tanks now but I'd like to put them together once the SDs are big enough to not get eaten.

My SD range from 3.5" to 6.5". I have lots of cover in the tank for the SD to hide. My Lent is 11-12" and pretty fat. She chases but never seems to damage the SD. The SD are far more likely to damage each other!! My tank is 120 gallon tall....How big is yours?
