I just talked to my exporter, who got on the phone with his collector in Iquitos.. They both agreed that what was said is not true?
I also found out this today too..
FishExporter: he gave me another good news, Tigrinus and Alianzas(juruense) and Red Hook Metyn(silver dollars) it is not more banned,
FishExporter: I explain
FishExporter: when my people will buy those fish from the fisherman, the fisherman will give a ticket, that ticket will be the valid paper to make Origin Certificate and make those fish LEGAL
FishExporter: each fisherman have a quota
FishExporter: after that fisherman sold all the fish that he can sell.. then those fish are again banned
Perhaps this is what we are talking about with the Ban of Stingrays in Peru? Perhaps ticketed Quotas?
